Manuela Wenger is an independent and successful Swiss actress working internationally. In 2025, she is staged as a lead in a Swiss feature and is booked in another part featuring a film which will be shot later that year.

 

Not long ago Manuela trained with Seamus McNally (Orange is the New Black and Black Mirror) at the beginning of 2025. She always keeps on developing her skills: Giles Foreman Centre for Acting (London), Anthony Meindl’s Acting Studio (Hollywood) and Paul Haggis (Million Dollar Baby and Casino Royale). Her physical training includes snowboarding, longboarding, weight training and yoga. Because of this she is more than able to perform these skills on camera.

 

She spent her early years on her family farm which includes riding her horses. She portrays her learned attributes caught whilst riding since a toddler and working professionally with horses, on to the stage by: credibility, empathy, inner guidance, naturalness and intuition.

 

She also navigates the film industry well, having worked in the international horse racing scene for several years. Because of this, she has found a contrast between the film world and the horse racing scene, having found a similarity of urgency and competitiveness between the two. Considering she has been to horse racing scenes which where across different countries, she added her knowledge of languages containing: English, French, Spanish, German and Italian.
